PRIME Corporate Center office building situated at Grzybowska 78 Street in the Warsaw Wola district received a valid use permit. Thus the building of the project run by Golub GetHouse was completed after about two years of commencing the realization.
A 96-meter-high building is totally rented by Raiffeisen Polbank, which will open its new headquarters in PRIME Corporate Center. One of the bank's branches was located on the commercial and service space on the ground floor. At present, the adaptation works related to tenant's removal are currently being conducted in the building and they will last within the nearest weeks.
A general contractor of PRIME Corporate Center is Warbud whereas Solomon Cordwell Buenz from Chicago – a company that locally cooperates with Epstein – is responsible for its architectural project. The office offering jointly 20 148 sq. m of leased area was realized in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM ecological certification at the Very Good level.
