A symbolic perch was hung on the building which is being realized by Echo Investment in Wrocław – Nobilis Business House. The realization of the investment was conducted in accordance with the schedule. We have already completed the raw stage, the symbol of which is hanging the perch. At present, the elevation and installation works are being conducted. We have also started montage of elevators and the mild winter allowed us to start finishing works. We are planning to gain a use permit in August this year – Marek Chmielewski, Project Manager in Department of Offices and Hotels of Echo Investment, says.
Nobilis Business House is being realized at the crossroads of Maria Curie-Skłodowska and Mikołaj Rej Streets. The investment will be characterized by an elegant architecture and good location, which is confirmed by close proximity to stops of public communication and main communicational arteries of Wrocław. The project will deliver 16 000 sq. m of office space. There will be also a one-tier underground garage in the structure. Moreover, the project envisages 72 parking places for bicyclists as well as changing-rooms with showers and drying rooms. The tenants will have canteen, service points and outdoor relaxation places at their disposal. The building was awarded BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate with a very high result of 72 per cent in autumn last year.
Nobilis Business House is the third office building of Echo Investment in Wrocław. The investment arouses great interest on the market. We have already rented 1500 sq. m to the company from the medical industry, and currently we are finalizing another contract for 4500 sq. m and conducting talks with new companies interested in opening their offices in Nobilis – Katarzyna Kubicka, Senior Leasing Manager in Department of Offices and Hotels of Echo Investment, says.
