Echo Investment received a use permit for the office structure Tryton Business House in Gdańsk. We are very glad that we managed to deliver 22 000 sq. m of modern office space to the market in Tricity. Companies such as Kainos Software, PGS Software and EY – formerly Ernst & Young international audit and consulting company – have already rented space in the building – says Mirosław Nowak, Project Manager, Department of Offices and Hotels, Echo Investment. Moreover, Ciklum also decided to rent the area in Tryton and it is going to occupy about 1000 sq. m. Additionally, advanced talks with other potential tenants are currently being conducted.
Tryton Business House is a modern office class A which offers 22 000 sq. m of office space. The building is being realized in the city center of Gdańsk at the crossroads of John of Kolno (Jana z Kolna) and Wałów Piastowskich Streets. There will be an underground garage with 262 parking places for cars in the office as well as 72 covered parking places for bicycles. Moreover, bicyclists will also have showers, changing-rooms and drying room at their disposal. The author of the project is Arch-Deco studio from Gdynia. Tryton Business House is a building with a differentiated solid – it will have 6 tiers from John of Kolno (Jana z Kolna) Street and 11 tiers in the middle part. Both segments will be connected with a one-tier hall – a connector performing a service and office function, which is to be a public passage with a walkway in the direction of the Gdańsk-Główny railway station.
