The Austrian investor and developer on the commercial property market IMMOFINANZ selected a new manager of the Warsaw EMPARK Mokotów Business Park complex. Knight Frank won the organized tender and it took the responsibility for the whole complex with the size of about 170 000 sq. m in January this year. It is a very important distinction for us because our crucial client, with whom we have been cooperating for over 10 years, entrusted us the management of the largest office complex in the country. The process of simultaneous takeover of 9 buildings required solid preparations. Knight Frank has been managing 17 out of 22 Warsaw office structures of IMMOFINANZ since January 2016 – says Monika A. Dębska-Pastakia, Chairman and Partner of Knight Frank in Poland. At present, Knight Frank is a manager of about 1.8 million sq. m of modern commercial area in the country.
EMPARK Mokotów Business Park was founded in the years 1996-2001. It is composed of 9 office buildings – Neptun, Sirius, Orion, Jupiter, Galaxy, Saturn, Mars, Mercury and Taurus. The total office area of all offices amounts to over 116 000 sq. m. There are over 70 headquarters of domestic and international companies in the EMPARK complex.
