Thanks to signage of a lease contract by Red Embedded concerning 561 sq. m of office area, Silver Tower Center in Wrocław owned by international holding company Wisher Enterprise is totally rented. It is worth mentioning that Luxoft decided to rent additional 1786 sq. m of office area in November last year and it extended the occupied space to 4361 sq. m. Moreover, another tenant – Diehl Controls – rented additional 419 sq. m in the office in December 2015. At signage of both lease contracts the tenant was represented by Knight Frank as an exclusive agent.
We are glad that we made a decision about investing our capital in Wrocław in 2013. The most important criterion for our company was location, the confirmation of which is a three-star hotel Ibis Styles prospering very well from 1st October 2014 as well as totally rented office area. In our opinion, Wrocław was a good choice, and thus we do not exclude further hotel and office investments in this city – comments Martyna Matera, Proxy for Management Board, Wisher Enterprise.
Silver Tower Center is a multifunctional office, hotel and service complex composed of two complementary segments: 14-floor higher part with 12 tiers where offices are located, and 6-tier lower part. In the latter a hotel (Ibis Styles) and conference center are located, whereas commercial and service premises are situated on the ground floor and -1 tier. The total usable area amounts to more than 25 000 sq. m. Furthermore, there is a two-level car park for over 184 places in the building. The structure was commissioned in September 2014. It is situated in the city center of Wrocław at Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja near Main Railway Station (PKP) and bus station. The Silver Tower Center project was prepared by architects from Maćków Pracownia Projektowa. The manager of the structure is Knight Frank.
