The Polish headquarters of Nestlé will be moved to a new office Nestlé House located at Domaniewska 32 Street in Warsaw. It is a place where all offices of the company – Nestlé Poland SA, Nespresso, Nestlé Professional, Nestlé Purina, Nestlé Nutrition, Nestlé Health Science and Nestlé Waters Retail – are currently located at different streets. The removal will be held in the period between Christmas holidays and New Year’s Day.
The work space in a new headquarters was designed in such a way that all posts have an access to a daylight. There are a lot of rooms intended for different purposes – for computer work, meetings, place for telephone calls and relax. Employees may benefit from a two-level underground car park with 200 parking places for company cars. Additional 65 places are located on the outside car park. Moreover, there are about 130 bicycle stands for bicyclists as well as 9 showers. We really wanted our office to be a business card of the company and a friendly place for our employees. We also wanted to locate it in close proximity to a present headquarters in a business part of the city, that is a place with well-developed infrastructure and public communication – says Krystyna Foreman, Chairman for Administration, Nestlé Poland.
Nestlé House is one of the most modern office structures in the Warsaw Mokotów district. The project of the investment was devised in the Estudio Lamela architectural studio. The office with eight tiers offers 17 800 sq. m of office area and the offices of the company occupy jointly 10 000 sq. m. Nestlé House is currently in the process of the BREEAM certification. Many ecological solutions were applied in the structure such as double glazed façade of the building, VRC system or efficient and economical HVAC system.
