Budotex is going to start realization of the second stage of Tęczowy Raj in the first quarter of 2016. The investment envisages a residential building at Jeździecka Street and a new office structure with a service function in Wrocław. Additionally, there will be two four-room apartments on the last tier of the office. At present, we are closing formal and legal issues, waiting for a building permit, preparing a sale offer and working on last details of an architectural project – says Tadeusz Suleja, Chairman in Department of Sale and Marketing, Budotex.
The developer built one residential building within the first stage of the project called Tęczowy Raj, which was completed in June this year. As a target, the investment will be composed of three five-floor structures – two residential and one office – realized vis-a-vis and perpendicularly to Jeździecka Street.
