Office HUB – a deliverer of services from the area of instant office, Deininger Consulting – an international executive search company and Finip Group – a representative of the TOP FOREX brand on the domestic Polish market – these are new tenants of the SPEKTRUM Tower office structure. Jointly the companies rented 1450 sq. m, the biggest part of which – over 900 sq. m located on the eleventh floor of the building – will be occupied by the Office HUB company.
The owner of the structure – that is Europa Capital LLP fund and WX Management Services Sp. z o.o. were represented by experts from the JLL international consulting company during the process of negotiations concerning lease conditions.
SPEKTRUM Tower is located at Twarda 18 Street in Warsaw. It is a 122-meter-high building which offers jointly over 28 000 sq. m of modern office area. The structure was thoroughly modernized. It included a change of installation and lobby as well as arrangement of greenery or adjustment to requirements of green certifications, thanks to which the building received the BREEAM certificate. The lowest floors of the office are intended for service and commercial activities where e.g. canteen, medical clinic and fitness zone are located. Most importantly, there are also Nextbike station and zone for bicyclists in SPEKTRUM Tower. Moreover, all tenants of the structure may benefit from 314 parking places.
