A perch was hung on the Grzybowska 43 office structure which is being realized by Wisher Enterprise. All works at building of the office are being conducted in accordance with the schedule. The structure will be commissioned in the second quarter of 2016. It is going to offer over 10 000 sq. m of office area and 550 sq. m of commercial and service area. The exclusive agent responsible for commercialization of the structure is Knight Frank consulting company.
Grzybowska 43 is currently being realized in close proximity to the Central Business Area in Warsaw in the neighborhood of Jan Paweł II Avenue. It will be composed of 13 tiers and 3-level underground garage. The investor of the project is Wisher Enterprise, an international holding company which has already realized the office in Wrocław – that is Silver Tower Center. The general contractor of the Grzybowska 43 building is Karmar.
