The Warsaw Saski Crescent office owned by CA IMMO company received the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level. The obtainment of the certificate confirms a high standard of the building, application of modern technologies as well as the best management policy. The Very Good grade was received in the Management category and in the Asset Performance category. The use of space and ecological management of the building was assessed in the first case and waste management and use of ecological materials was assessed in the second case. The owner of the structure was supported by Cushman & Wakefield consulting company during the certification process.
