Opole with a new office structure

The City Hall of Opole invited bids for perpetual usufruct of the area located at Wrocławska Street, on which an office structure is supposed to be realized.

The City Hall of Opole invited bids for perpetual usufruct of the plot located at Wrocławska Street with the area of almost 0.56 ha. It will be held on 9th November this year. The asking price amounts to over 1.5 million zlotys and all participants of the bid proceeding are obliged to make a deposit in the amount of 100 thousand zlotys.

 

According to requirements included in the invited bids, the purchaser of the right for perpetual usufruct will be obliged to build an office and service building with the usable area not smaller than 1500 sq. m. Additionally, the winning entity in the bid proceeding will have to commence the investment's realization within 12 months from the date of obtainment of a notarial deed. The purchaser of the plot has maximum 2 years for building of a new structure. Not meeting deadlines concerning the building will result in additional fees, which will be increasing annually. 

 

It is worth mentioning that CGI Sp. z o.o. purchased a plot at Wrocławska Street for building of an office class B+ with the area of 2200 sq. m last year.
