The third office structure, which is a member of Długosza Business Park Commercial Center is currently being realized at Długosza 60 Street in Wrocław. The construction works, which started in April this year, will be completed at the turn of the third and fourth quarter of 2016. At present, the general contractor is finalizing erection of the building's construction. As a target, there will be ca. 5000 sq. m of modern office area in the office intended for different groups of tenants. The project of the building was devised in Wrocław AP Szczepaniak architectural studio.
The office will be another structure owned by Długosza Business Park Commercial Center. The first building was commissioned in 2010. It is a commercial and warehouse structure with the total area of 2200 sq. m connected with a two-tier office part amounting to 720 sq. m. Three years later – in 2013 – the office's offer was enriched by the next building – a three-tier office with the total usable area of 4800 sq. m.
Długosza Business Park Commercial Center is located in the northern and eastern part of the capital in Lower Silesia at the main road leading out of the city in the direction of Warsaw as well as close proximity to Wrocław Motorway Bypass. Moreover, there is a tram and bus loop in the neighborhood of the complex.
