Echo Investment – the owner of Tryton Business House – will be participating in the commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of NSZZ Solidarność. Therefore, white and red illumination will be noticeable on the construction of Tryton today from around 8 p.m. The commemoration will take place in the whole Poland. I.a. a family picnic and concerts were planned in Gdańsk within this event.
Tryton Business House is an office building class A which is going to offer 22 000 sq. m of office area to its tenants. The structure is located at the crossroads of John of Kolno Street and Wały Piastowskie in Gdańsk. The office will have an underground garage and parking places for 262 vehicles as well as car park for bicycles. Moreover, Tryton Business House will also have six tiers from John of Kolno Street and eleven from the middle. Both parts will be connected with a one-tier hall – a connector performing service and office functions. Tryton Business House will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. The building received the BREEAM Interim ecological certificate on the Excellent level in June this year.
