A four-tier building after the former factory – thanks to activities taken by a private investor Mikołaj Gauer, owner of the Melissa Internet chemist's – will become a modern office. It will be characterized by elevation referring to a factory character of the property with many preserved and historical architectural elements. A chemist's will be located on the ground floor of the building, whereas higher tiers will be intended for letting of local companies.
The preservationist Kamila Kwiecińska-Trzewikowska reminds on the website of the City of Łódź that in place of revitalized development a spinning mill under the name Trykocin i Spółka started its activity in 1902. A division of ZPW „Lodex” carding was founded there, however, it collapsed while system transformation.
According to Kamila Kwiecińska-Trzewikowska, the modernized factory is another example of successful revitalization conducted by a private investor in cooperation with preservationist.
