Griffin Group received development requirements for the office skyscraper planned in place of the Emilia annex in Warsaw. However, the company has not revealed any details about this planned investment so far. Magdalena Kaca – investor's representative – informs that the structure will be revitalized in such a way that it will not disturb the layout of Emilia Plater Street and it will have a minimal influence on comfort of inhabitants living in the adjacent buildings.
The structural design, the realization of which is going to provide access to daylight to all residential buildings located at Pańska Street, has been already devised. Griffin confirms that it is planning a solution which is conceptually similar to the one applied in the adjacent building. Therefore, there will be also a coherent and aesthetical visual effect of this new structure except for providing daylight to adjacent buildings. The project will certainly be harmonious with the development along Emilia Plater Street – points out Magdalena Kaca.
