The construction works of the ETHOS project will start in July this year and they will last till September 2016. After the conducted development and revitalization, a new structure class A+ certified in the BREEAM system with an Excellent grade will be realized. The complex will offer over 17 000 sq. m of area to its tenants, including 13 000 sq. m of offices. Each single tier will amount to even 3000 sq. m.
The planned works include i.a. the extension of a 5-tier wing of the building on a plot located from Skarpa Wiślana+ and 1000-meter terrace occupying 5 tiers with the view of the Vistula river. Moreover, the commercial zone located on the ground floor of the building will be extended. It is characterized by 8-meter-high glazed shop windows. The central point of ETHOS will be a patio covered with a glass roof, around which there will be a restaurant, cafes and boutiques. The investor will also realize an underground garage for the future clients and guests of the complex.
