Investors are continuously interested in well located office and commercial buildings. According to 'Rzeczpospolita' a good macroeconomic situation, demand on the market as well as an advantageous level of valuation in comparison to the countries of the Western Europe, is what attracts investors.
DTZ analysts point out that in the first half of 2010 almost 930 mln euro was spent on Polish real properties, which exceeds the last year’s investment level (approximately 783 million euro). In addition, if we take into consideration the value of all finalised transactions then Warsaw is the prime market among Polish cities.
