Warimpex announces that the erection works of Le Palais, an office building located in Warsaw, as well as at least one hotel, which will most likely be located in Wroclaw, will begin by the end of 2010.
Warimpex , an Austrian company active in hotel and developer industry, has obtained a building permit for the office building. It will most likely be built at Próżna, Warsaw and will have 6 K. sqm. The interest in the undertaking is large and the first works should be commenced this year. According to optimistic expectations, the building may be commissioned in 2012. There are also plans to build a hotel in a joint venture with Starwood Hotels, which is thought to be built in Wroclaw. This will not be the last investment in the hotel industry, next hotels will be built in Zielona Gora, Bydgoszcz, Katowice and Budapest.
Warimpex is responsible for, among others, the opening of AirportCity, which is scheduled on 2011/2012, opening of Crown Plaza Hotel in 2011. Galaxy Plaza, Bialystok and Mogilska Office, Krakow are still under construction.
