The inauguration ceremony of the second stage of the investment which is currently being realized by Echo Investment at Konstruktorska 12 Street in Warsaw will be held on 25th June 2015 at 6 p.m. on the sixth floor of the building II.
The second stage of Park Rozwoju received a use permit at the beginning of May this year. Its building started in autumn 2012. The first structure in which the areas are rented by such companies as Schneider Electric (3200 sq. m) and Ericsson (3600 sq. m) was commissioned in spring 2014. Partnerships like Schneider Electric (3800 sq. m) and Intergraph (1200 sq. m) decided to locate their headquarters in the last realized project.
The total office area of the complex amounts to 32 000 sq. m. It is completed by a two-level underground garage and aboveground car park on which 740 parking places are located. Moreover, there are also recreation and relaxation zones on the area of the complex as well as a courtyard with canteen, internal squares with benches, green terraces on the roofs and gym in the open air. Bicyclists may benefit from a garage with stands, changing-rooms and showers. Both buildings of Park Rozwoju are combined with a junction point in which there is a restaurant.
The investment, which is being realized by Echo Investment, is located in the southern part of Mokotów. The location provides fast access to the Warsaw Chopin Airport and city center. The structure has a well-developed chain of municipal communication – there are two tram loops and bus depot in the neighborhood. Moreover, the developer realized a bus station in close proximity to the building. The southern bypass of Warsaw and Marynarska Interchange provide convenient access by car.
In 2014, the second stage of Park Rozwoju received the BREEAM Interim certificate on the Excellent level with 72.9 per cent, whereas the first stage of the investment received a distinction of BREEAM Interim with the Very Good grade. The architectural project of Park Rozwoju was devised in the JEMS Architekci studio.
