The investment is being realized at Grzybowska 78 Street. Moreover, ca. 45 people were engaged in finishing works – they managed to install 9 km of aluminum façade profiles within 3 months. The glass panels, which are intended for performance of a building’s elevation, were produced by the Guardian glass factory in Częstochowa. The weight of a single panel may amount even to 250 kg. The contractors are also engaged in installation of LED lighting which is going to be mounted on the building’s façade.
According to actual schedule of the building, the structure will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2016. The contractors are also conducting works at erection of the construction of the highest floors of the tower’s base in the office simultaneously with the montage of elevations. The scope of works, which are being conducted inside the building, includes finishing of office and common areas. Furthermore, a montage of marble paneling in the main lobby of the office is planned on July – the Greek Volakas marble was used in their realization.
The investor ordered the preparation of the architectural project to Solomon Cordwell Buenz studio from Chicago. The criteria of the BREEAM ecological certification on the very good level were taken into consideration in the building’s conception.
Prime Corporate Center will be the main headquarters of Reiffeisen Polbank. The adaptation of area for the need of this institution is to be completed in the first six months of the following year when the employees will move into the office.
