UOKiK has given consent on merger of Towarzystwo Obrotu Nieruchomościami Agro Dipservice, COBO and Składnica Księgarskiej.
Towarzystwo Obrotu Nieruchomościami is specialised in preparation and selling real properties for commercial development. Dipservice and COBO are companies that among others offer office, storage and housing spaces for rent. Składnica Księgarska is mainly focused at wholesale of books. The effect of this merger is going to be Polski Holding Nieruchomości which will be responsible for management of all the merged companies.
As a result of the antitrust proceedings the chairwoman of the Chairwoman of the Office has decided that this accumulation will not have a significant effect on limitation of competition. According to the regulations in force, Antitrust Office must be notified about transaction if the total income of the entrepreneurs taking part in it exceeds 1 milliard Euro globally or 50 M euro in Poland.
