Metropolitan perfectly signs itself in an office panorama of Warsaw. It is located behind Teatr Wielki and in neighborhood of Krakowskie Przedmieście. Moreover, it is one of the most recognizable offices in the capital. It owes an interesting shape to a famous British architect – Sir Norman Foster, a person who also designed i.a. a popular London Gherkin. As a new manager and tenant of the building, we will focus on optimization of operating costs of the structure and increase the value of the property – comments Adam Jakubowski, Senior Property Manager in Colliers International.
