Jabłkowski Brothers New Department Store

In the centre of Warsaw, at Chmielna and Bracka streets intersection, there has begun the construction of one of the most prestigious buildings, which will combine office and service area on 3 550 sqm. The project is to be completed in the middle of 2011, and its exclusive lease agent is Knight Frank company.

In the vicinity of the pre-war Jabłkowski Brothers Department Store [Dom Towarowy Bracia Jabłkowscy] there will be constructed Jabłkowski Brothers New Department Store – a joint venture of two companies: Dom Towarowy Bracia Jabłkowscy SA and LHI Leasing Poland. The ground floor of a 6-storey building will be designated for retail space. On the floors from the first to the fifth one a class A office space of altogether 2 850 sqm will be located. Two underground storeys will serce as a parking lot. The layout of office rooms will depend on tenants' needs.

The office building already has the first lessee, Polkomtel SA company. The design of Atelier 3 Girtler&Girtler will be implemented by the general contractor – Hochtief Poland.
