CB Richard Ellis company has been chosen by HB Reavis Group for the exclusive agent of the project Konstruktorska Business Center (KBC) in Warsaw. Located on Mokotów near Konstruktorska street, the building was designed by the architectural studio Epstein.
In the building, whose implementation has already begun, there will be 48 thousand sq meters of office and commercial area of A class. The investments is to be completed in the first quarter of 2013. Designed with the emphasis on modern systems and the extreme care for environment, the office building is now being in the process of BREEAM certification.
