The works at demolishion of the skyscraper will be conducted in a traditional way. We will do our best in order to make them the least burdensome for inhabitants and the nearest surrounding – ensures Maciej Wójcik, Chairman of the Board in TDJ Estate. – Although we received a permit for the demolition of the building right after its purchase, the operations related to it were postponed due to the important events in the city, including i.a. The Volleyball Men’s World Championship in Spodek.
Partnership from TDJ S.A. group purchased DOKP skyscraper from PKP in 2013 and then it received a permit for its demolition. In place of the building, an office and service complex is going to arise, designed by Medusa Group studio from Bytom. We delivered the preparation of architectural conception to Medusa Group studio from Bytom due to its perennial experience in realization of office projects. Moreover, the fact that the company is from Silesia has a crucial meaning for us as an investor related to this region – says Maciej Wójcik.
