Construction of the production hall in Park Przemysłowo-Technologiczny has officially begun.
On April 28 the real property was transferred to Grupa B4 Sp. Z o.o. After 5 months since the first negotiations
Andrzej Nowakowski (the president), Cezary Lewandowski (the deputy manager), Iwona Lewandowska (the head of PPPT) as well as Jan Brudnicki (Grupa B4 chairman) signed the official document regarding the commencement of construction works, after 5 months since the first negotiations.
The hall is going to be built in PPPT’s area III on a plot of 2.6 ha. The approximate surface of the hall is going to be 9 000 sq. m. and the accompanying administrative complex of 2220 sq. m. surface. Construction works are going to be completed in 2012.
The production facility will be focused at production of equipment for large-scale building among others: frameworks for high-raise buildings.
