A new, peculiar trend has emerged on the job market – companies are reserving postgraduate studies on the most prestigious universities for their employees and management staff.
Polish universities are eagerly engaging in negotiations with employers. Preparing faculties preparing specialists for a given company is for university is both a challenge and a distinction. Very popular is, for example, AGH University of Science and Technology, Cracow and Rzeszow University of Technology. It also shows popularity of technical universities.
Such corporations as PGNiG, KGHM, Elektrobudowa S.A. and Tauron have reserved schooling for their employees. Not only the employees of the highest echelon are sent on courses.
