In the meeting participated i.a. Paweł Adamowicz, the president of Gdańsk and Artur Langner, vice-chairman of the board in Echo Investment. Tryton Business House project was presented by Kornelia Łukaszewska, Leasing Manager responsible for Gdańsk project. The representatives of the designer and general contractor have been talking about details of the investment.
Tryton Business House is a modern office class A, which is being built at the crossroads of Jan z Kolna Street and Wały Piastowskie in Gdańsk. It will offer 22 000 sq. m of usable area. There will be an underground car park with parking places for 262 vehicles and 72 covered parking places for bicycles. Moreover, there is a public municipal car park envisaged within the investment. The office will be certified in BREEAM system.
The architectural project of the investment was prepared by Arch-Deco studio from Gdynia. The building will have 6 tiers from Jan z Kolna Street and 11 in the middle part. The common area of the structure is 1-tier hall which is going to join service and clerical space. The hall will be also a public passage performing a function of the entrance in the railway station direction.
Currently, the foundation plate is being prepared on the construction sites. Poles and walls of the garage are also being prepared. The commission of Tryton Business House is planned on the IV quarter of 2015.
