Apsys Polska S.A. parternship was not chosen for the next stage of the investor’s selection.
Final development of properties will be depended on offers submitted by investors. We assume an integration of public transport’s means and creation of modern commercial development – says Jarosław Bator, Managing Director for Properties in PKP S.A. – We hope that the investment will bring benefits not only to PKP S.A., but also to the investor, and most of all – to passengers and citizens of the capital – adds.
The investor will develop the area of ca. 10 ha, located less than half of kilometer from the strict center of Warsaw. The project’s value may total to 3,6 billion zlotys.
The investor’s selection is planned on the turn of 2014 and 2015.
