The project envisages realization of investment offering 11 458 sq. m of office space and 1740 sq. m of space designed for aparthotel. On the structure’s area there will be also located 172 parking places, 95 of which will be situated in an underground garage. The minimal module, which is available to rent, totals ca. 1000 sq. m, which is supposed to enable the arrangement of space in the most possible convenient way for each of the tenant, while providing a view of the Vistula to each of them.
The Tides are the highest quality areas intended to demanding tenants, who will appreciate a special location in the capital, a direct proximity of the Vistula, and at the same time – the only and unique character of the project. In the predictable future, a similar office project in such location will not arise in Warsaw – claims Anna Staniszewska, director of Market Analysis and Consulting Department for the East-Central Europe market in BNP Paribas Real Estate.
On the area of the complex, Warszawskie Towarzystwo Wioślarskie will have its headquarters in one of the buildings, thanks to which The Tides users will be able to enjoy a sport hinterland owned by WTW, including i.a. gym, rowing swimming pool, spa, and also they will be able to ask trainers, who cooperate with rowers and WTW canoeists every day, for advice.
The structure’s architecture, which corresponds to the surrounding, was designed by deceased Prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz and Jacek Świderski of APAKA Kurylowicz studio. BNP Paribas Real Estate, consulting firm functioning on the property market, is responsible for the commercialization of the building. The completion is planned on the IV quarter of 2015.
