Currently, the fourth structure of the centre with the area of 17 500 sq. m is being built. After the completion of works, Panattoni Park will offer 46 550 sq. m of warehouse space as well as office space intended to tenants’ needs. At the moment, the park is rented in 45 per cent.
Mirbud partnership functions as a general contractor and general producer of investments on the building market in Poland, focusing on erecting of warehouse and logistic halls, shopping centres, public utility buildings, and running engineering and road works. The worth of all contracts concluded during the past year between Mirbud and Panattoni Europe totals over 82,1 mln zlotys gross.
Presently, Panattoni Europe realizes over 360 000 sq. m of new warehouse space in Poland, including two structures for Amazon company in Poznań and near Wrocław. Since the beginning of the year, the developer commissioned ca. 100 000 sq. m of space within projects dedicated to such companies as Castorama Poland or Polaris.
