Military Property Agency puts one of the most attractive real properties in Wroclaw for sale – Kepa Mieszczanska, which was divided into 24 plots. The first bidding is going to take place on July 1 and the next one on July 15, the last one is scheduled for mid-August.
The bidding for the entire Kepa Mieszczanska took place in May 2010, at that time the asking price was 281. At present, owing to division of Kepa into smaller plots, investors with smaller sums at their, have a chance to buy land. The smallest grounds have 2 000 sq. m. and the largest 1.5 ha.
Kepa Mieszczanska has a chance to be turned into a comfortable and multi-functional place for living consisting of not only residential but also commercial and catering buildings. In addition, there might be built a cultural and entertainment facilities serving as education, sport and even medical facilities. What is more, MPA wants to obtain city’s permit for construction of high-rise buildings with height over 50 m on Kepa.
