The property will be a place of work for about 400 people. The developer assumes the possibility of further expansion of the complex on the same plot, thereby enlarging it by additional 4500 sqm. of office space. It is known that a tenant from the outsourcing industry is interested in the building. The project is at the stage of obtaining building permits, which - according to preliminary plans - is expected to last from 8 to 10 months (depending on the specific solutions required in the future for companies interested in renting).
Local Development Plans of Opole envisage building of subsequent office buildings, including the city center at st. Rataja and st.Plebiscytowa, in a total surface of approx. 25 ha.
Opole has been named by Colliers International "Rising Star" of the market for investment BPO / SSC. About advantage of the city over other locations for outsourcing sector provides, among others, the availability of human resources, including students and graduates of the University of Opole, who often speak fluently two foreign languages - English and German or support from the university of Opole (eg. authoring program Opole University of Technology and Nokia Siemens Networks company.) Not without significance is moreover close distance from the Polish-German border, as well as lower cost of living, rental and purchase of real estate in comparison with other Polish regions, especially from nearby Silesia and Lower Silesia. Importantly, the city offers investors a number of tax breaks on property and support in obtaining tenants.
