The office complex P4, which grow in Słuzewiec in Warsaw, will consist of four buildings. The investor, Real Estate Garvest, is decided to entrust the rental agency Colliers International. The project is to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.
A total investment will provide for the capital market of 25 000 sqm. of surface. The complex will have a canteen, a gym, a nursery and a car park with 600 spaces. P4 will also offer facilities for lovers of two wheels: in the facility will be bicycle parking, showers and changing rooms. The complex was designed by JEMS Achitekci.
The simple name of the project - P4 - comes from the address investment located at st. Progress 4 and fully reflects the character of the building - says David Wątorski from Colliers International, responsible for leasing the project. Ascetic interiors create a unique atmosphere, and well lit by surface provides comfort. The design of repetitive concrete framework will certainly stand out among other projects in Mokotów. A major advantage is also excellent location of the property near the st. Pulawy Galeria Mokotów and only 10 minutes by car from the airport Okęcie. I am convinced that because of its uniqueness and location of the project quickly fill up tenants - he adds.
