The fifth office block
In the third quarter this year, Grupa Buma plans to begin the construction works of the fifth office block included in the complex Quattro Business Park. The building FIVE is to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015 and will provide approximately 8700 sq. m of rentable area. It will be located on Bora Komorowskiego Avenue 25 and will consist of 7 floors above ground and 1 underground. The building, designed by the studio Kuryłowicz & Associates, will be certified in the BREEAM system, with the expected assessment Very Good. The office building will be characterised by round corners and the project will be created on the view of an isosceles triangle.
The investment at the site of the building Ruch
The office block on Pokoju Avenue 5 is still under construction. In February 2014, the works started with the demolition of the building Ruch, existing at this site. Aleja Pokoju 5 will offer 9 floors above ground, 2 underground floors and 13 000 sq. m of rentable area. The building is in the process of being issued the BREEAM certificate, with the expected assessment Very Good. The building was designed by the architects from the studio UCEES. The end of the construction works is scheduled for the third quarter of 2015.
A new office complex in Ruczaj
Grupa Buma is waiting for the building permit for the office complex on Czerwone Maki Street. The plans include implementation of three office blocks, each of which will offer ca. 7 200 sq. m of space, which will give a total of ca. 21 600 sq. m. Individual buildings will consist of 5 floors above ground and 1 underground. The design, prepared by the studio Medusa Group, includes three cuboid buildings arranged in parallel to each other. The investment site is located in the Special Economic Zone. The complex Czerwone Maki will be also certified in the BREEAM system with the assessment Very Good.
