The tenants of the building include companies such as: the architectural studio SUD Architects, the company APAX Consulting Group, Polish Investment Fund, Kazar and Wealth Solutions. The company DTZ has been chosen the manager of the buildings.
Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich is the second investment of LHI in the very centre of the city, on Chmielna Street, which will be managed by the company DTZ, commented Robert Mandżunowski, the CEO of LHI.

In the building, there is also two-storey underground car park for 26 cars. The architecture of Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich refers to the canons of pre-war architecture. The façade is covered with stone, and large windows are topped with wood.
