CBRE provided the evaluation of the real estate holdings belonging to Grupa Kapitałowa Polskiego Holdingu Nieruchomości (Capital Group of Polish Real Estate Holding).

On 15 January 2014, the CBRE company presented the evaluation of the real estate holdings of Grupa Kapitałowa Polskiego Holdingu Nieruchomości S.A. The evaluation is based on the state of the holdings from 31 December 2013.

The evaluation included 171 real estate properties, which consist of 123 developed areas with buildings for various purposes - office, residential, commercial, service, commercial and industrial, as well as 48 I-zoned areas. The properties are located nationwide in Poland. Their combined value was estimated at more than 2 200 000 000 zloty.

We are pleased with the opportunity of making the evaluation for Polski Holding Nieruchomości, commented Grzegorz Woźniakowski, Managing Director in the CBRE evaluation department. PHN S.A. is a leading investor, managing the commercial real estate market. We look forward to continuing our collaboration on future projects. Currently, the demand for consulting and evaluation services on the real estate market is increasing. Many investors diversify their holdings more frequently, in order to minimise the risk of losses. The investors are also more aware of the role which the evaluation of the real estate plays in the investment process, particularly important in a rapidly changing market, he said.

Grupa Polskiego Holdingu Nieruchomości is one of the largest (taking into account the evaluated market value of the real estate holdings) companies owning and managing commercial and residential real estate in Poland. PHN was established in March 2011 and was created as a result of consolidating the companies belonging to the Treasury. Polski Holding Nieruchomości is a holding company, directly or indirectly dominant in relation to 16 companies.
