Żoliborz One office block, located on Szamocka 8 Street in Żoliborz district in Warsaw, was put into use in June 2013. It offers A class office space. The developer of the investment, Spanish company Apricot Capital Group, plans to build apartment building housing estate in the vicinity of the office block. Another investment announced by the company is Mokotów One - office complex and hotel, the completion of which is planned for 2016. Apricot Capital Group finances the projects with equity.
