Master Management will be responsible for comprehensive and operational management of the buildings Orco Tower and Prosta 69 in Warsaw. Until now, the company focused on commercial buildings sector. The decision to enlarge the business profile was connected with the market demand for management and administration services of office space.
Orco Tower office block and Prosta 69 are recognisable buildings on the office map of Warsaw. A huge advantage of both buildings is that they are very well located and they are easy of access. Prosta 69 is located in a direct neighbourhood of metro station. In our activities we aim at optimal use of the potential of the real estate which we manage. Therefore, we will make every effort to meet the demands and needs of both the owner and the tenants of the office blocks, says Remigiusz Królikowski, Real Estate Management Department, MMG.
Orco Tower is located in the very centre of Warsaw, on Aleje Jerozolimskie Street, in the immediate vicinity of PKP Warszawa Centralna station. The office block offers 15 000 sq. m of space and consists of 26 floors. In the building, there are offices of the following companies: Bank Millennium, Bank Raiffeisen, Comarch, H&M Hennes and Mauritz, Mota-Engil Central Europe, Group Auto Polska. The building was constructed in 1996.
Prosta 69 office building is located on Prosta Street in Warsaw. On nine floors of the building, there is about 12 000 sq. m of office space, taken up by, among others, Centertel, Expander, Euromoney, University of Warsaw, Main Inspectorate Of Road Transport, Dialog telephone company and W.A.G., Payment Solutions S.A., the MDDP Finanse i Księgowość (Finance and Accounting). Prosta 69 was built in 1997.
The owner of both buildings is capital fund CPI. Master Management began to fully manage the buildings on 1 January 2014.
Master Management Group (MMG) deals with management and investment in commercial real estate. The company also provides consultancy services as regards investment process, comprehensive management of commercial real estate or rental of space. Currently, MMG manages over 300 000 sq. m of commercial space, in such buildings as Magnolia Park in Wrocław, Galeria Orkana in Lublin or Galeria Pestka in Poznań.
