The Class A complex located in the city centre of Wroclaw is now open for tenants. The second stage of Aquarius Business House has received the occupancy permit.
The complex is located at the intersection of Borowska and Swobodna. Such companies as Tieto Poland, PwC, BNY Mellon, AXIT, Randstad, Lex Med, Bos Bank, Expander, Credit Agricole and Farmacja Plus have their registered offices in this building.
Aquarius Business House consists of two 7-storey buildings. The total leasable surface is 25 000 sq. m. The design was prepared in Arcard, an architectural studio from Kielce. Occupants have at their disposal 410 parking lots including 323 located in the multi-storey car park, 37 in the underground car park and over 50 in the external one. The first stage of the complex was completed in November 2012. The contractor of the building shell is Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A.
The complex is planned to include a medical clinic, a lunch bar, a restaurant, a coffe shop, a newsstand and a fitness club. There are also prepared special bike stations as well as locker rooms and showers.
Echo Investment is the developer. The complex was sold at the beginning of July for 41.9 m Euro. The new owner is Spanish investor Azora Europe.
