The office building is being created by Grunwaldzka Ave. which is the main artery of the Tricity. It will offer 12 500 sqm of space. The building will be finished by march 2014.
On the seventeenth of June we've placed the cornerstone and now, only five months later, we're placing the perch. Just like the entire complex, this particular building is being created in an impressive pace. It's a response to the demands of our clients. The companies already present in Olivia Business Center are also developing. We can see how the business they run develops and how they employ new, young and highly qualified people. It is they that contribute to the potential of Gdańsk and the Tricity. We're hoping that these young people will stay with us and help us strengthen the economy of our region - said Ryszard Pinker, member of the board of Olivia Business Center, at the celebration.
Olivia Four is the fourth stage of an office project Olivia Business Center. Three buildings of the complex have already been put into operation: Olivia Gate, Olivia Point and Olivia Tower, which gave a total of 41 000 sqm of space.
The first structure, namely Olivia Gate, is rented in 99 percent by the best polish and international companies. The second and third structures, that is Olivia Point and Olivia Tower, are rented in 80 percent. Olivia Four already has its first leaseholder - the French IT company Playsoft. Another deals are in the negotiations phase and the interest of the leaseholders is high - said Maciej Kotarski from TPS which is the company responsible for the commercialization of Olivia Business Center.
The plan of Olivia Business Center complex includes the construction of seven buildings providing a total space of 120 000 sqm.
