The topping-out ceremony of Eurocentrum Office Complex, belonging to Grupa Capital Park, took place on October 17, 2013 at 12:00 . The investment is going to be the largest ecological office building in Warsaw that will offer the total surface of 69 579 sqm. The first phase, that is planned to be finished in June 2014, will introduce 42 000 sqm.
The event was attended by representatives of the city, the district, the investor and the general contractor from ERBUD, as well as companies involved in the investment process. Jan Motz, President of the Board of Capital Park Group, was the host of the ceremony.
The most important phase of the erection works, namely the construction of the building’s structure, has been completed. The suspension of the ceremonial wreath is, for all of us, an extremely important moment owing to the fact that it indicates the implementation works of such a big investment as Eurocentrum Office are on the schedule and the first phase of our investment is going to be commenced in June 2014 – said Jan Motz.
The agent responsible for putting the complex to business use is Cushman & Wakefield. At the moment the investment is rented in 51 per cent. Such companies as Imtech Polska, Unilever, Tebodin, Qumak, CEPD Management as well as Randstad Polska are going to move in. The first tenants of the retail and service part is Fizjokoncept, a rehabilitation clinic, which is going to occupy 183 sqm. of the ground floor.
Imtech Polska is focused at reduction of energy demand of buildings, which perfectly suits to the idea of sustainable development that is presented by Eurocentrum itself. Tenants who are interested in the surface in the building will appreciate not only solutions aimed at environmental protection but also changes in the infrastructure that are present in the vicinity. Few months before the finalization of the project we decided to improve, among others, access road to the building by commissioning three new left turns at Aleje Jerozolimskie. In turn cyclists will have at their disposal 162 parking places and 22 dressing rooms and showers – says Anna Kwiatkowska, Associate, office space department, Cushman & Wakefield.
The complex is being erected in accordance with requirements of the LEED environmental certification and which have been confirmed by precertification on the Gold level. Eurocentrum Office Complex is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie, between Plac Zawiszy and Warszawa Zachodnia railway station. The project is planned to provide 67 005 sqm. of an office space, 2181 of service and restaurant space as well as 612 parking places in 3 underground parking levels. Occupants will have at their disposal 158, including 108 available to general public, parking places on the surface car park. The design was prepared by PRC Architekci.
