TVP to sale an office building in Szczecin

Two pieces of land are concerned in the bid: first one, with a structure on it, located by Niedziałkowskiego 24 St. and another, vacant, located by Wojska Polskiego Ave. On the land set for sale a an 18 storey high office and services building is located, offering a total of 8140 sqm of usable space. The value of the real estate is estimated at 13 239 000 zlotys, while the ground with a building is estimated at 12 571 000 zlotys. The owner of the structure is Telewizja Polska S.A. (holding about 70% of shares) and Polskie Radio Szczecin S.A. (almost 30%). The owner of both parcels is the State and the user – Telewizja Polska S.A. and, when the full land is concerned, Polskie Radio Szczecin S.A.

The office building was created in the 70s, with the use of reinforced concrete and steel technology. The expert has estimated the state of the structure as average, equipped and completed in basic standard. The building itself is located in the quarter of the streets: Felczaka, Monte Cassino, Niedziałkowskiego and Wojska Polskiego Ave. Other Telewizja Polska S.A., Polskie Radio Szczecin and Atrium Hotel real estates are located nearby. The parcel includes a parking lot, made of concrete road and open-work plates.

There's currently no active spatial plan for the parcel placed in the bid. According to the conditions and ways of development Studio for the city of Szczecin, the real estate can be used for one and many families housing purposes of low density or service buildings.
