Times II is going to consist of two buildings situated between Kazimierza Wielkiego St. and Ruska St. The overall office space will be of approximately 18 000 sqm. and 2500 sqm. of service space as well as approximately 370 garage places. The aim of the project is to incorporate the building into the historical architecture of the vicinity. The architectural design was prepared by Autorska Pracownia Architektoniczna APA Hubka.
The erection is planned to begin at the turn of 2013 and 2014 and is expected to last for 20 months. At the moment the initial archaeological works are being carried out. The historical architecture found on the site, which is partially dated on XII century, is going to be secured under supervision of conservator of monuments. During the next few months we will begin implementation of structure providing protection to the excavation – says Peter Obernhuber, board member of UBM.
UBM is conducting implementation of the project situated in Wrocław in accordance with the LEED ecological certification. The Developer is currently conducting consultation with AVA Agnes Vorbrodt & Associates and has already submitted documents in order to for the pre-certificate. Buildings are going to be constructed in a way that will lead to obtaining the highest, Platinum, grade.
The area intended for the investment was bought from the city in October 2012. It covers approximately 0.53 hectares and is located in area of Kazimierza Wielkiego St., Ruska St., Saint Mikołaja St. as well as Grabarska St. within the Stare Miasto (Old City).
