On the first of August of the current year, the fusion deal between Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge has become legally binding. The new company will be called Jones Lang LaSalle Sp. z o.o. and its seat will be located at Jones Lang LaSalle’s office in Saski Crescent in Warsaw. The previous office of King Sturge in the Deloitte House will be taken by Lease Deals Management Department Jones Lang LaSalle. The fusion of the companies has increased the amount of workplaces from 100 to 150.
Due to the fusion, the Real Estate Management Department in Poland has been developed. The team is managing over 50 real estate (600 000 sqm) and provides services to 21 Polish customers from all sectors of the market.
Moreover, the fusion has allowed for the creation of the Asset & Financial Management Department. It’s responsible for supporting the owners of real estate in increasing of value of the owned assets.
