Over 70 people attended the official opening of Good Point 761 office building in Sopot's city centre by Aleja Niepodległości 761. The investment is the first one of this specific type conducted by EKOLAN, a company which until now was connected with housing sector. The developer plans next project, this time in the centre of Gdynia.
Good Point 761 is a renovated, 19th century tenant’s house connected to a modern building. The connection of the old with the new gives our investment a unique character. We wanted to address the companies which are in search of a prestigious place with a certain atmosphere – comments Andrzej Biernacki, President of Board in EKOLAN.
The main attribute of the office building is its attractive localization near the main roads of the Tricity and close to city communication stops and Fast City Railway Station. Through this location, a Sopot's axis of administration and business planned by the city's authorities will run. The location is accessible from Podjazd and Kolejowa streets. The users can utilize 1 300 sqm of office space and a parking lot by the building.
The developer's offices take one and a half of floor in the location. We've decided to move our seat here, as we take this location as a very prestigious one and we're very happy that we can open a new chapter in our activity on the market in this place. We will develop our offer of attractive commercial spaces for business – underlines Andrzej Biernacki.
EKOLAN operates in the area of housing real estate in Tricity since 2000s. It plans to create a new office building, which will be located by Śląska St. in Gdynia. It's completion is planned for 2015.
Authorities, such as the President of Sopot Jacek Karnowski and Vice-Counsellor of Pommeranian Province Ryszard Świlski were present at the ceremony. Together with Andrzej Biernacki they've cut a symbolic ribbon. Marcin Kaniewski, the architect responsible for the project of the location, along with contractor's and real estate market representatives, has also been present.
