Colliers International, the company specialised in the international real property services counseling, has been chosen as a management authority
The space under Collier’s management is continuously and dynamically increasing, currently in Poland we own over 800 000 m². In the January, 2012 Belgian developer Ghelamco finished Mokotów Nova office complex. The investment offers 43 698 m² of class A space, offices occupy 40 000 m² and the remaining space is intended for trade and service space. The complex in question is the second project sold by Ghelamco this year, the first one was the office building Senator, which was bought by Union Investment for 120-mln euro.
