SkyRes Warszawska will be the first large area investment of A class in Rzeszów. Its investor, Developres Sp. z o.o company, obtained a building permit on August 28, 2013. Currently, it is waiting two weeks for validation and then begins ground works on September 16, 2013.
At the stage of building permit, changes were introduced to the project and consequently the building „grew”. Its joint area will now equal 25 648 sqm, while 19 988 sqm will be taken by offices. In the previous project, office space took 16 060 sqm. Typical area of a floor will equal 1619 sqm. The building will consist of 14 floors and 13 of them will be on ground level. The users will be able to take advantage of a parking lot for 113 cars and 105 bicycles, while cycling fans will additionally use changing rooms and showers. The investor also equipped the building with special places to charge electric cars.
On ground floor of SkyRes Warszawska , a lobby and a reception will be situated. Other facilities include access control system, seven high-speed elevators and a place for a canteen on ground floor. Also, the building will have two independent sources of power supply and fortified ceilings. SkyRes Warszawska is intended for the companies of BPO, SSC and IT sectors. Architectural project was prepared by 3D Architekci Sp. z o.o.
SkyRes Warszawska has been registered in green certification systems LEED and BREEAM.
The investor and architectural office are also cooperating in another modern office investment in Rzeszów – SkyRes Lubelska.
