Echo Investment will receive a loan worth 22.4 m euro from Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. to realize the first stage of Park Rozwoju business complex at Konstruktorska Street in Warszawa.
Signing this loan agreement is a mutual success as it is the first agreement to finance a project concluded between our company and this respectable banking institution. Despite prior long term cooperation in other areas of the finances market our entities so far had not cooperated at a project funding – says Grzegorz Iwański, director of the Funding Department at Echo Investment. The bank has chosen a well-located office complex in the heart of Służewiec district and when its commissioned to use it will prove the experience and good quality of projects provided by Echo. I hope that the credit for Park Rozwoju is a beginning of successful, long term cooperation at funding next property projects.
Park Rozwoju will provide 32 000 square meters of space in two buildings. The users will have at their disposal 740 parking lots in a two-storey in an underground and surface parking. The complex includes also recreation and relax zones such as a courtyard with a water cascade, a canteen, and green roof terraces.
The complex was designed by JEMS Architekci studio. During the design stage the project received BREEAM Very Good certification. Park Rozwoju will be developed in two stages – the first one is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2014 and the second in the second quarter of 2015. The project enjoys great interest among tenants – in January 2013 Schneider Electric Poland company rented 7000 square meters of space which will be occupied by 700 employees.
