PKP S.A. informed of the sale of a high-rise located in the centre of Katowice. The starting price for the building, which is 72 metre high and offers the usable area of more than 17 000 sqm, amounts to PLN 14, 22 million. The tender bond can be paid by the 20th September 2013, and the tender will take place on 25th September.
The office building boasts especially its convenient location, in the vicinity of Katowice's Spodek arena, Rondo Sztuki Gallery and many buildings which perform office and hotel functions. In the years to come the neighbourhood of the former Silesian Regional Directorate of State Railways is to gain other buildings, which will serve cultural and business functions, including the Silesian Museum and International Congress Centre. The office building has really good links with other city districts. It is located next to one of the most important traffic junctions in Katowice, at Generała Ziętka Roundabout, at the intersection of the city's two main roads: Aleja Wojciecha Korfantego and Aleja Walentego Roździeńskiego.
